Support groups offer a meaningful space for connection, understanding, and shared experience. Participating in a group can be a powerful and beneficial part of the healing journey, providing support, perspective, and practical tools along the way. Groups may serve as a complement to individual therapy or as a supportive step on their own, helping participants feel less alone while navigating life’s challenges.
Grief Support Group (Starting March 2026)

6-week therapist-led grief support group for adults navigating the loss of a loved one

Meets virtually once per week for one hour, over six consecutive weeks Starting Tuesday March 24th 6:30pm

$40 per session

Supportive, confidential space to share openly, feel less alone, and connect with others who understand loss

Integrates psychoeducation, guided reflection, and practical coping tools
-
Topics may include the nonlinear nature of grief, mixed emotions, identity shifts, and maintaining connection with the person who has died

Small group format to allow for depth and meaningful connection

Brief phone screening required prior to enrollment to assess fit and answer questions

Additional groups and referrals available if this group is not the right fit

The early years of parenting are filled with both joy and challenges as you nurture and guide your young children. Our Parenting in the Early Years Support Group is designed to provide a nurturing and understanding environment for parents navigating these formative stages. Led by a licensed therapist, our group offers professional guidance and a community of peers to support you through this transformative journey.
